Indian purchased the ownership of the name, rights, and production facilities of the  Ace Motor Corporation  in 1927. Production was moved to Springfield and the motorcycle was marketed as the Indian Ace for one year. In 1928, the Indian Ace was replaced by the Indian 401, a development of the Ace designed by Arthur O. Lemon, former Chief Engineer at Ace, who was employed by Indian when they bought Ace. The Ace's leading-link forks and central coil spring were replaced by Indian's trailing-link forks and quarter-elliptic leaf spring. Peter Brozina is an avid Jawa motorcycle collector who has been around them a majority of his life. Brozina and several members of his family had actually worked for the company and were able to see everything that went into creating and building the incredible vintage motorcycles. Each Jawa motorcycle was given special attention and hand crafted to perfection. As a result, the bikes were known as one of Europe's superior motorcycles. INSANE Rustbike Called "THE FLESHWOUND"

Usually when you tell people about a rat rod they will automatically assume that you are talking about something with 4 wheels that is all rusted and slammed. Well, contrary to what most people believe, not all rat rods have to have 4 wheels as shown by this bike that has been appropriately named "Fleshwound". From the Corona beer bottles used to house fluid to the back wheel from an old Ford milk truck and the front headlight from a 1936 Chevrolet, this thing is completely trick, borrowing accents and styling from every period in time. This is such a cool piece of motorcycle art, we salute its creator for making such a masterpiece!
